Project Pre-Construction.
Whether you come with a design in hand, or simply a vision, Trillium can work with you to realize your dream home. Our strong relationships with Architects, interior designers and consultants, allow us to jump right into assembling or working with your project team.
Our full-time estimating team can provide guidance on costing and value engineering. We also help map out the schedule to give you a realistic timeline of your project.
Construction.
As City permits approvals near, we get ready to put shovels in the ground. Prior to construction Trillium will extensively tender your project to ensure we have competitive pricing, and the right trades lined up. Your Trillium team includes a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, onsite Site Supervisor, project accounting clerk, all supported in the background by a strong corporate team.
Your onsite Site Supervisor manages the daily site work ensuring we meet stringent quality control, inspections, approvals, and safety measures. You will have the option to meet with your management team onsite weekly to review progress, along with receiving monthly budget and schedule reports. Our team continuously monitors all schedule and budget maintenance, which are summarized for your review monthly.
Aftercare/Warranty.
As you receive the keys, and settle into your new home, Trillium stays right with you. Our full customer care team can assist with any issues or concerns that may arise at possession or years after move-in.
